Sonotrax Basic Fetal Doppler Baby Heart Monitor: Never Miss the Most Basic Beat

Have you been wondering lately on how can you hear your baby's heart beat clearly and accurately with the best fetal doppler monitors available in the market today? Sonotrax Basic fetal dopplers, as the name “basic” implies, are easy to use and non-invasive. We offer the same FDA approved, medical grade, fetal doppler monitors that physicians and midwives have used for decades now.

Sonotrax Basic is a high performance model with FHR digital LCD display.

This baby heart monitor is equipped with a 3 MHz probe which means that its wavelength is actually smaller than a 3 MHz probe and counter to other fetal dopplers brands’ claim that
Sonotrax Basic
is easier to use for this reason. The width of the beam depends on the MHz. All baby heart monitors designed for fetal heartbeat monitoring is equipped with either a 2 or 3MHz probe. With a 2mghz probe the beam is narrow and direct which helps it penetrate deeper and find the fetal heartbeat earlier than 3MHz dopplers.

The lower the frequency, the longer in duration is the period and the longer is the wavelength while the higher the frequency, the shorter in duration is the period and the shorter is the wavelength.

Sonotrax Basic baby heart monitor draws on a 3MHz probe, the one that might be able to find the fetal heartbeat earlier than a baby heart monitor equipped with a 3MHz probe. In our tests this wasn't the case. We believe many factors contributed to this including sound projection (speaker), poor or no static reducing technology, probe surface area and design. However, given the price tag we understand how many of these important characteristics were overlooked.

And finally, by using Sonotrax Basic, you won’t surely never miss a beat!
